To further enhance the company's overall welding skills, strengthen its manufacturing foundation, and elevate the quality of its brick-making equipment to a new level, the Production Department of Quangong Co., Ltd. recently organized a welder skills competition. Through a combination of a theoretical exam and practical competition, the competition fostered learning and practice, comprehensively improving welding skills and laying a solid technical foundation for producing high-quality brick-making equipment.

At the competition site, sparks flew and arcs flashed as contestants focused intently on their welding torches, carving exquisite seams on the steel plates. These welds will be used in critical areas of Quangong's ZN series fully automatic brick-making machines, and their quality is directly related to the equipment's service life and production efficiency. A judging panel composed of four experienced instructors meticulously observed every detail of the operation, conducting a comprehensive assessment of everything from welding posture and arc stability to weld quality. After intense competition, outstanding performers received certificates of honor, medals, and bonuses, earning not only honor but also applause and recognition from the entire factory.
