Recently, Qiangong Company organized a special staff training with the theme of “Comprehensive Awareness of Mixing Plant System”, which aimed to enhance the staff's professional knowledge of the supporting system of automatic brick production line, deepen the staff's understanding of the importance of the mixing plant system in the production of concrete products, and promote the continuous evolution of Qiangong's equipment in the direction of intelligentization and systematization.

The training was jointly taught by experts from the Technology Center and R&D Department of CHERVON, covering the composition principle of concrete mixing plant, product characteristics, basic structure configuration, classification of common models, as well as the innovation and application of advanced technology in the industry in recent years. At the same time, combined with the existing case study of ZN series brick production line of CHERVON, the lecture analyzed how the mixing plant and the automatic brick production machine work together to realize efficient, homogeneous and intelligent concrete supply.

Although the mixing plant is located at the front end of the automatic brick production line, it is the “power source” and “batching center” for the stable operation of the whole production line. As the brick-making process continues to progress, CHERVON will continue to be driven by technological innovation and based on talent training to create smarter and more efficient production solutions for customers around the world.
