What Should We Pay Attention to in Winter Maintenance of Environmentally Friendly Large Brick Machine Equipment?

When the temperature is too low, especially in some areas where the climate impact is more obvious, after the brick machine production line is shut down, the following work should be done as soon as possible:

1) All hydraulic oil in the hydraulic pump station should be drained.

2) The PLC control cabinet should be placed indoors to prevent low-temperature water vapor from freezing and then melting to cause a short circuit.

3) If a rubber hydraulic hose is used, the hose should be removed in time and placed indoors, otherwise it may freeze and thaw, reducing the hose life and causing hose oil leakage.

4) In areas where the weather is below 0℃, if production needs to continue, please drain the water in the radiator to prevent freezing. When the ambient temperature is below -15℃, please remove the radiator and place it in the house. If the weather is too cold, even if the water inside is drained, it will still freeze. At the same time, the engine oil in the vibration box needs to be replaced. It is recommended to replace the engine oil below No. 30 to reduce the viscosity of the engine oil. When replacing, first clean the vibration box with diesel, and then replace it with No. 30 engine oil, which can avoid the occurrence of such phenomena as slow vibration and slow start of the machine, easy burning of the motor, etc.

5) The machine must be turned on after the brick machine is completely thawed to avoid unnecessary losses caused by solid freezing.
