Technical Advantages


1. High-quality frame design of German version


The mainframe frame adopts the high-strength welded frame structure designed by Zenit's patented technology, which is welded by the customized special section steel, with reasonable design, even and beautiful welding, and the whole frame undergoes the aging vibration treatment to ensure the high quality and high stability of the frame. 2.Automatic quick mold change system

When the mold is transferred to the host position, its lifting system realizes automatic mold change on the quick mold change device. The upper and lower molds are automatically clamped pneumatically, which is safe, efficient, simple to operate and convenient to maintain. It mainly includes:

Pneumatic mold clamping device: It mainly consists of mold bracket and pneumatic clamping rods on both sides, which assist in clamping and fixing the molds and damping when the host machine carries out pre-vibration and main vibration, so as to achieve the best vibration effect and prolong the service life of the molds.

Pneumatic indenter locking device: the indenter is fixed by the clamping device with airbag, which can easily and quickly replace the indenter, shorten the time of mold replacement and installation, and ensure the accurate docking of the lower mold frame and upper indenter.

Electric Mold Insertion Device: The mold mounting device is used to install the molds into the main machine and to feed and remove the molds from the machine by means of the electric mold bracket, which can be applied to most of the molds in the market, and special mold brackets can be used for special molds.

Mold Changing Device: Installed on the frame of the main machine, it is used for lifting and loading the molds when changing the molds, equipped with electric chain hoist and electric walking device.

5. Accurate servo control system
