Maintenance Guide For Normal Operation Of Block Machine

Once a large equipment like a block machine has a maintenance failure, the production loss caused cannot be underestimated. 1. Daily cleaning

When the block machine is running, it is inevitable to encounter problems such as dust of raw materials such as lime and cement, mud flying or splashing. Once cement or dust enters the main transmission and heat dissipation components in the fully automatic block machine, it will cause the machine to operate abnormally. Therefore, it is very important to wipe and maintain these key block components regularly.

2. Performance debugging

After the fully automatic block machine has been used for a certain period of time, the performance of all aspects of the brick machine equipment will be reduced. The control personnel need to adjust the operating speed of the overall block equipment. After the machine has been running for a long time with a fixed gear, the transmission efficiency is reduced and the speed is slowed down. The brick machine operator needs to appropriately speed up the equipment speed to ensure that the equipment operation performance is always at a normal level.

3. Regular lubrication

After long-term use, the lubricating oil on some sliders and gears of the fully automatic block machine will be slowly consumed, and the operating efficiency of the machine equipment will naturally be reduced. If other maintenance is not in place, it is easy to cause the equipment to fail to meet the parameter standard. In order to reduce transmission friction resistance and increase the operating speed, the maintenance personnel should regularly apply lubricating oil to the sliders and gears of the brick machine production line.
