Good daily maintenance of block machines can effectively extend their service life and ensure production efficiency and product quality. It can mainly start from cleaning, lubrication, inspection and tightening, replacement of wearing parts, etc.
1. Cleaning. After each operation, the residual materials on the surface and inside of the equipment should be cleaned immediately. Use compressed air to blow away the dust in the gaps of each component, and then wipe the machine body with a clean rag. Avoid the accumulation and hardening of materials in the machine, which will affect the operation of the equipment and the next production.
2. Lubrication. Lubricate each lubrication point regularly, and generally add lubricating oil every 8 hours of work. Chains, gears, bearings and other parts are the focus of lubrication. Choose the right lubricating oil to ensure smooth operation of the machine, reduce component wear and reduce the occurrence of failures.
3. Inspection and tightening. Before starting and after stopping the machine every day, the block machine should be fully inspected. Check whether the connecting bolts of each transmission component are loose, whether the belt is worn, aged or under-tensioned, whether the circuit system is damaged or short-circuited, whether the oil level of the hydraulic system is normal, and whether there is oil leakage. Once a problem is found, tighten, adjust or repair it in time.
4. Replacement of wearing parts. During the use of the block machine, wearing parts such as molds and mixing blades wear faster. It is necessary to check the degree of wear regularly. When the wear reaches a certain limit, replace it in time to avoid affecting the molding quality of the blocks and the normal operation of the equipment.
Usually, the mold needs to be checked after 1-2 months of use, and the mixing blades are checked every 1-3 weeks according to the hardness of the material and the frequency of use.
